These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Le Gantt, including our website (legantt.com), browser extensions, and integrations with third-party platforms such as Trello and Basecamp. By using Le Gantt, you agree to these Terms.
1. What We Provide
Le Gantt turns your task lists into interactive Gantt charts. We offer integrations for Trello (as a Power-Up) and Basecamp (as a web application). Features include drag-and-drop scheduling, task dependencies, auto-scheduling, critical path analysis, milestones, and progress tracking.
2. Accounts and Access
You access Le Gantt through your existing Trello or Basecamp account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your access or use the service on behalf of others without their consent.
3. Free and Paid Plans
- Le Gantt for Trello is currently free. We may introduce paid features in the future with advance notice.
- Le Gantt for Basecamp is a paid subscription service at $19/month or $190/year. Prices are in USD and may change with 30 days' notice.
4. Free Trial
Le Gantt for Basecamp includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. When the trial ends, you will need an active subscription to continue using the service.
5. Billing and Renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly). You will be charged using the payment method on file. You can cancel at any time before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the following period.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@legantt.com.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Le Gantt for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service.
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of Le Gantt.
- Resell or sublicense access to the service.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
8. Third-Party Platforms
Le Gantt integrates with Trello and Basecamp but is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by either. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for changes or outages on third-party platforms that may affect Le Gantt.
9. Your Data
We respect your data. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. For Trello, Le Gantt is stateless and does not store your Trello data. For Basecamp, we store scheduling data (such as milestones, baselines, and progress) needed to provide the service.
10. Intellectual Property
Le Gantt and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Le Gantt and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you create or import through the service.
11. Disclaimer
Le Gantt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Le Gantt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Le Gantt after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
